Feather IT Officially Launches Game Server Cloud 'GiGAPlus'

Feather IT has officially launched 'GiGAPlus', a game server cloud service.

GiGAPlus is a game-specialized cloud service designed to let anyone easily create and operate multiplayer game servers, including Minecraft. Its defining feature is that users can set up a game server with just a few clicks, without complex server configuration or infrastructure expertise.

GiGAPlus's core strength lies in the company's own backbone network, which Feather IT builds and operates directly. Because response speed translates directly into the user experience for game servers, the company designed its infrastructure with low-latency and reliable availability as its top priorities. The architecture allows resources to be scaled flexibly so as to deliver an uninterrupted play environment even during peak-traffic hours.

In particular, GiGAPlus provides instance-level auto-scaling and DDoS protection as standard features. In an environment where attacks targeting game servers are frequent, it enables servers to be reliably protected without any additional configuration. Through an intuitive dashboard, users can monitor and manage server status, the number of connected players, and resource usage in real time.

With this launch of GiGAPlus, Feather IT intends to put its game infrastructure business into full gear.
